Insurance & Payment Information
The cost of treatment depends on the severity of the dental problem and the treatment approach selected. We will explain treatments and thoroughly discuss fees and payment options before any treatment begins.

- Most insurances accepted (Delta Dental, United Concordia, Metlife, Guardian, Aetna, United Healthcare, and more.) We will file out of network insurance on behalf of patients.

- We will work to provide you with treatment over time, within your budget, and to help you maximize your dental insurance benefits.
We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also offer BHG MORE and CareCaredit financing and payment plans through for patients who qualify. We understand that it can be difficult to find quality dental care at a cost that fits your budget. Our goal is to remove financial barriers so that all of our patients—regardless of age, income, and dental needs—can afford the dental treatment they desire.
Please bring your card and insurance information with you to each visit so that we can make sure our records stay current. Also, please remember that your insurance policy is a contract between your employer, your insurance company, and you, and that you are responsible for the payment of all professional fees regardless of the extent of insurance coverage.
